How to find what you want to buy
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name into the search box at the top right of all pages on the site.
Alternatively, you can use the main product categories to access the different product ranges of interest.
To get more information about a product, click on the product image or name to see its product information page.
Add it to Your Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want simply click the "Add to Basket" button.
To see the contents of Your Basket at any time click the icon at the top right of any page:
Sign in
To sign in, click the 'Login' option at the top of the page. From here you will be taken to the 'sign in' page where you will be able to enter your email address and password to enter your account. If you haven't logged in before and are setting up a new account please click the 'Register' option at the top of the page. From here please follow the instructions to create an account.

We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard Switch, Maestro, cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) as payment. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

How will I know that you have my order?
Edifyingfiction.co.uk will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order and notify you of your order number. Please keep this order number in a safe place - just in case you need to check its status or make a return via Customer Services.
Your order will be integrated into our existing automated sales order process system and despatched from our warehouse in London. Once your order has been invoiced, you will receive a second email to advise that the order is en route. If an item is unavailable, you will be advised in this email.
What are the terms and conditions of sale?
Although every effort is made to ensure that products are available, all offers are subject to availability. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of Edifyingfiction.co.uk. All prices include VAT, where applicable.
What is your stock policy?
Edifyingfiction.co.uk's objective is to promote and provide customers with Christian books and associated products. Edifyingfiction.co.uk will only recommend titles which are in agreement with the Apostle's Creed, thereby upholding the exclusivity of the Christian faith over other religions and cults.
However, in recognition of the diversity of, and the demand from, the various theological traditions, titles will be available from Edifyingfiction.co.uk that fall outside an evangelical position. Inclusion of a title within Edifyingfiction.co.uk does not constitute recommendation, but is offered as information containing necessary bibliographical data.
Due care should be exercised in product selection as inclusion of a title within Edifyingfiction.co.uk does not mean that Edifyingfiction.co.uk or its customers will necessarily be in full theological agreement with its content.

Unwanted Goods
You may return most products to us at any time up to the end of the seventh day after you receive them without giving us any reason. We aim to make refunds you within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. The goods must be in the condition they were in when delivered to you and you are responsible for all delivery/postage charges. You cannot return any audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you. Damaged/Faulty Goods If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must contact us by email or in writing within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. You will need to return the item to us but we will replace it or exchange it for goods to the same value or refund the cost, including all delivery/postage charges, to you within 10 days and on production of a valid receipt.
